Janta Bank PLC has secured first place in the state-owned commercial bank category for implementing the e-Credit Management System Innovation Action Plan 2025.. Recently, at a program organized by the Financial Institutions Division of the Ministry of Finance on the implementation of e-Governance and Innovation Action Plan 2024-25, Managing Director of Janata Bank PLC Md. Mujibur Rahman received the honor and crest from Financial Advisor Dr. Salehuddin Ahmed.

Special Assistant to the Chief Advisor Dr. Anisuzzaman Chowdhury was present as a special guest at the program. Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division Nazma Mobarek presided over the program. In addition, the Chief Innovation Officer of the Financial Institutions Division, various level officials and General Manager of Janata Bank Mohammad Anis, along with heads of relevant banks and financial institutions and innovation-related officials were present.
