Jamuna Bank Hosts School Banking Conference 2025

Jamuna Bank PLC organized School Banking Conference-2025 for the Students of the School as part of its financial literacy program

​Recently, Jamuna Bank PLC organized School Banking Conference-2025 for the students of the school at the auditorium of Kadba Talagram Taribi Charan Laha High School, a renowned educational institution under Barura Upazilla in Comilla district, as part of its financial literacy program. Mr. Iqbal Mohsin, Honorable Director of the Financial Inclusion Department of Bangladesh Bank, was present as the chief guest on the occasion. In his speech, he told the students, “Financial literacy is not just an education; it is an important foundation for future life. Through proper planning and savings, you can contribute to the economic development of yourself and the country.” The Head Teacher, Assistant Head Teacher and President of the managing committee of this school were present as special guests. The program was presided over by Mr. Abdus Sobhan, Executive Vice President & Head of Banking Operation Division of Jamuna Bank PLC. He said, “It is the responsibility of all of us to spread the concept of financial discipline and savings among the younger generation.” The program was completed with great success and was attended by the Manager of Jamuna Bank PLC, Barura Branch and the teachers of the school.
