The board meeting of the listed company Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals Limited has been postponed.
According to sources, the board meeting of the company was scheduled to be held tomorrow on October 28 at 4 pm but it has been postponed due to unavoidable reasons. However, the company said that the new date of the board meeting will be announced later.
In the said meeting, the audited financial report for the financial year ended on June 30, 2024 will be reviewed. If the board approves the report, the company will publish it.
