IFIC bank uposhakha “business conference 2026 held

In pursuit of sustainable growth and organizational advancement, the “IFIC Bank Uposhakha Business Conference 2026 North Bengal Region” was organized with the participation of all uposhakhas of IFIC Bank’s North Bengal Region.

The day-long business conference was held on Saturday (07 January 2026) at Momo Inn Park & Resort in Bogura city.

The Honorable Chairman of the Bank, Mr. Md. Mehmood Husain, attended the event as the Chief Guest. Also present at the occasion were the Bank’s Managing Director Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa, Deputy Managing Director & Chief of Branch Business Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, Head of Operations Mr. Helal Ahmed, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Dilip Kumar Mandal, North Bengal Regional Head Mr. Md. Tajmilur Rahman, along with officials from all uposhakhas of the North Bengal Region.

In his speech as the Chief Guest, Mr. Md. Mehmood Husain stated, “The unwavering trust of customers and the relentless efforts of our field-level officers are the key driving forces behind IFIC Bank.” He praised the role of sub-branches in the current competitive market and expressed optimism that IFIC Bank would soon become a reliable and comprehensive banking service hub for customers in the northern region of the country.

Additionally, the Managing Director Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa remarked, “IFIC Bank’s extensive nationwide uposhakhas network is one of the main foundations of our business growth. The bank management remains committed to enhancing professional skills, career development of officials, and improving the quality of modern banking services.”

At the conference, 24 uposhakhas of the North Bengal Region were awarded in recognition of their outstanding contributions to deposit mobilization, loan disbursement, and the achievement of operational profitability. The day-long conference concluded with a lively question-and-answer session.
