IFIC Bank PLC has unveiled its Islamic Banking logo and announced a slogan to further consolidate Shariah-based banking activities and enhance customer service. To ensure easier, faster, and more effective services, the bank simultaneously inaugurated five Islamic Banking Windows and Islamic Banking Service Desks across the country.

Mr. Md. Mehmood Husain, Chairman of the bank, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest at a ceremony held today, Monday, April 27, 2026, at the Multipurpose Hall of IFIC Tower in the capital. During the event, he unveiled the logo and announced the slogan “শুদ্ধতা ও বরকতের সমন্বয়.” He also officially inaugurated the operations of the Islamic Banking Service Desks across the bank’s branches and uposhakhas. The Managing Director of the bank, Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa, along with Deputy Managing Directors, Head of Divisions & Departments, and senior officials were present at the event.

In his opening remarks, Managing Director Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa stated, “The logo, slogan and service desks have been launched as part of IFIC Bank’s commitment to expanding its Islamic Banking services. In the near future, more innovative and demand-driven products will be introduced to the market for our customers.”

In his speech as the Chief Guest, Chairman Mr. Md. Mehmood Husain remarked, “The demand and growth of Islamic Banking in Bangladesh are highly promising. By leveraging IFIC Bank’s robust network, the youth will be the driving force behind the expansion of this sector. Our goal is to further strengthen the skills of the youth and ensure the quality of customer-friendly services through proper guidance.”

The inaugural ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Mohammad Zamal Uddin, Head of the Islamic Banking Division.
