IFIC Bank showcases Career Opportunities at AIUB Job Fair 2024

Universities play a pivotal role in bridging the transition from academic to professional life. With a mission to enhance the professional skills of young individuals and guide them towards the right career paths, IFIC Bank participated in the AIUB Job Fair 2024.

The day-long fair, held on December 21 at the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) campus, provided an engaging platform for students to explore career opportunities. The event was inaugurated by the Chairperson and Founding Member of the AIUB Board of Trustees, Ms Nadia Anwar, as the chief guest.

With 121 renowned organizations participating in the event highlighted IFIC Bank’s eye-catching stall, which quickly became a major draw for students. Mr. K.A.R.M. Mostofa Kamal, Deputy Managing Director and Chief of Human Resources & Logistics, represented IFIC Bank at the event. Led by Mr. Shaik Monjurul Haque, Head of Staffing and Resource Planning, experienced professionals from the bank offered valuable insights into banking careers to job seekers and students. The IFIC Bank team provided information on the bank’s recruitment process, promotion policies and career opportunities while collecting resumes from job aspirants.

It is worth mentioning that with over 1,400 business outlets, IFIC Bank is one of the largest financial institutions in the country, recognized as a top employer in recent years.
