In recognition of professional competence, dedication, and relentless efforts in advancing the institution, 136 officers of IFIC Bank PLC were promoted to various positions in the month of October. With this, as part of the ongoing process of professional excellence, the total number of officers promoted to various positions in IFIC Bank PLC has reached 913 in the current year.

A special event titled “Celebrating Career Progression” was organized on Sunday, 5 October 2025, at the IFIC Tower in Dhaka. Held in a hybrid format, the event was attended by the Managing Director, Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa, along with members of the senior management team. At the event, promotion letters were ceremoniously handed over to 40 officers in person, while an additional 96 officers working in different branches and sub-branches across the country received their promotion letters virtually.

While addressing the event, Managing Director Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa said: “Those who have consistently demonstrated silent dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment are the true strength of IFIC Bank.
