IFIC Bank PLC, the largest banking network in the country with over 1,400 branches and sub-branches, hosted the “IFIC Largest Banking Network Business Conference” on Friday, November 29, 2024. The conference took place at an auditorium in Bogura Sadar and brought together employees from 22 branches and 166 sub-branches across the Rajshahi and Rangpur zones.
The day-long event began with a welcome address by Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa, Managing Director of IFIC Bank. In his speech, he emphasized the critical role of strong deposit growth and effective human resource management in strengthening the bank’s operations.
The Chief Guest, Mr. Md. Mehmood Hussain, Chairman of IFIC Bank, shared insights on the bank’s future plans and key development initiatives. He underscored the importance of good governance in the banking sector and maintaining a high level of professionalism among employees. Following his address, Mr. Hussain engaged in a Q&A session with the attendees.
Other key figures present at the conference included Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, Deputy Managing Director & Chief of Branch Business, Mr. Dilip Kumar Mondal, Chief Financial Officer, along with several other senior bank officials.
During the event, the bank recognized exceptional employees for their outstanding contributions in areas such as deposit mobilization, loan disbursement, and recovery efforts.
