National Bankers Association forms human chain to protest Israeli aggression in Palestine. National Bankers Association, Bangladesh (JBAB) formed a human chain at Shapla Square in the capital on Monday, April 7, 2025, to protest the Israeli aggression and brutal killings in the Rafah and Gaza areas of Palestine. Speakers at the human chain called on the Muslim world to stand by Palestine. A protest march was held in Motijheel area after the human chain.

National Bankers Association, Bangladesh (JBAB) Convener Md. Iqbal Hossain, Senior Joint Convener Md. Rafiqul Islam, Member Secretary Md. Mostafizur Rahman Mostaq, Joint Convener Md. Idris Miah, Md. Rasedul Hasan, Md. Obaidur Rahman, Zahidul Islam (in charge of the office), Md. Sanwar Hossain, Sonali Bank Unit President Md. Mahbub Sohel Bappi, General Secretary Shahe Alam, JBAB Private Bank Unit Member Secretary Md. Omar Faruk and more than two hundred leaders, activists and bank officials participated in the human chain and protest march.
