The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the main capital market of Bangladesh, witnessed a rise in the share prices of 181 companies on Tuesday. HR Textile Limited emerged as the leader in the list of price increases, according to DSE sources.
HR Textiles’ share price surged by Tk 4, or 9.90%, compared to the previous working day, marking the highest increase in the market. Following HR Textiles, Emerald Oil Industries Limited saw its share price climb by Tk 3.90, or 9.87%, securing the second spot. Fortune Shoes took the third position with an increase of Tk 2.80, or 9.72%.
Other companies that featured prominently in the top list of price increases included Rupali Life Insurance, National Feed, BBS Cables, Aman Feed, Deshbandhu Polymer, Meghna Life Insurance, and Central Pharmaceuticals Limited. This upward trend highlights a positive day for the DSE, driven by significant gains across various sectors.
