A sponsor of the publicly listed company Green Delta Insurance has decided to acquire shares through nomination from his wife. This information has been disclosed by the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
According to the source, company sponsor Syed Moazzem Hossain will receive 262,355 shares through nomination from his late wife Halima Hossain, who was a general shareholder of the company.
The sponsor will complete the share acquisition outside the exchange’s trading system within the next 30 working days.
