Grameenphone Limited, a listed telecom sector company, has released its unaudited financial report for the second quarter (April’24-June’24) ended on June 30, 2024. At the same time, the company announced 160 percent interim dividend for investors.

It was released after reviewing and approving the financial report for the second quarter of the current financial year at the meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Tuesday (July 16).

According to the sources, the earnings per share (EPS) of the company in the second quarter of the current financial year has been 6.38 paise. In the same period of the previous year, the income was 8 taka 84 paise.

In the first two quarters of the financial year  in 6 months (January’24-June’24) the company has earned 16. 29 paise. In the same period of last year, the income was 14.62 paise.

The company’s cash flow per share during the period under review was Tk 2.34 paise, which was TK 3.54 paise in the same period last year.
