The Bangladesh government has kept retail fuel prices unchanged for August, according to a notification issued by the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources on Thursday.
Effective from August 1, the prices will remain at Tk 115 per litre for diesel, Tk 145 for octane, Tk 140 for petrol, and Tk 135 for kerosene.
The ministry said the unchanged rates will apply throughout August.
The same prices had also been set for July, with diesel at Tk 115 per litre, octane at Tk 145, petrol at Tk 140, and kerosene at Tk 135.
