Directors of Golden Harvest Agro Industries, listed on the stock market, Ahmed Rajib Samdani and Nadia Khalil Chowdhury, will transfer 10 million shares.

Of these shares, Ahmed Rajib Samdani will transfer 9 million and Nadia Khalil Chowdhury 1 million shares to IPDC Finance. The transfer will be completed within the next 30 working days.
