Starting tomorrow, Sunday (August 03, 2025), all varieties of online GD services will be available at every police station within the Gazipur Metropolitan Police.

Following the directives of the Chief Advisor, the Bangladesh Police has progressively introduced the option to complete all types of GDs online from home nationwide, aiming to streamline police services. Presently, online GD services are accessible in Dhaka, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Khulna, Barisal, and Chittagong Ranges, as well as in all police stations of Sylhet, Chittagong, Rangpur, Khulna, Barisal, and Rajshahi Metropolitan Police.

It is important to mention that previously, only GDs concerning loss and receipt could be processed online.

Beginning tomorrow, Sunday, all forms of GDs will be available online at all police stations of Gazipur Metropolitan Police.

To utilize the online GD services, users can download the ‘Online GD’ application from the Google Play Store and complete the registration process. There is no requirement to register more than once.
