The fourth meeting of the Board of Directors of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC was held on 02 February 2026 at City Centre, Motijheel. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Mohammad Ayub Mia, PhD, Chairman of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC. Members of the Board of Directors of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC were present at the meeting, along with the Executive Director of the Bank Resolution Department of Bangladesh Bank.
Additionally, at the invitation of the Board of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC, the Administrators of five banks which currently undergoing the merger process with Sammilito Islami Bank PLC were also present at the meeting.
