The Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) has invited online applications from eligible export companies registered in Bangladesh for the National Export Trophy 2025-26 and Commercially Important Person (CIP) (Export) 2027 awards.
Exporters can apply from August 1 to August 31, 2026, with no hard-copy applications to be accepted. Applications must be submitted through the Ministry of Commerce’s Integrated Digital Service Portal or the dedicated National Export Trophy portal.
The awards will be administered under the National Export Trophy Policy 2025 and CIP (Export) Policy 2023.
Under the National Export Trophy programme, exporters will compete across 29 product and service categories, each with separate eligibility requirements and minimum export earnings thresholds.
The minimum export earnings threshold has been set at $70 million for woven and knitwear ready-made garments, $30 million for yarn, and $10 million for frozen foods and jute products, among other categories.
Companies exporting multiple products or services must submit separate applications for each category according to the relevant HS codes.
Applicants will also be required to submit several supporting documents, including a corporate tax payment certificate for fiscal year 2024-25, a declaration confirming that the company has no defaulted loans, updated environmental certificates where applicable, factory compliance certificates, and original Proceeds Realisation Certificates (PRCs) or E-PRCs.
The EPB will verify the information provided by applicants against export data maintained in Bangladesh Bank’s Online Export Monitoring System (OEMS), which will serve as the authoritative source for determining export earnings.
Meanwhile, the CIP (Export) awards cover 35 product and service sectors.
The EPB said detailed information on category-wise export thresholds, eligibility requirements and application procedures is available on its website.
