Empowering Women in Tech: IFIC Bank Drives Change in Khulna through Stand Beside Women in Tech Advancement

IFIC Bank PLC, under its “Stand Beside Women in Tech Advancement” campaign, has donated desktop computers and educational materials to Khulna Collegiate Girls’ School and KCC Women’s College to inspire young women to embrace technology and enhance digital skills.

The ceremony, held on the school premises recently, was attended by Mr. Sharif Asif Rahman, Secretary of Khulna City Corporation, as Chief Guest. Ms. Fariha Haider, Head of Centralized Retail Marketing at IFIC Bank, highlighted the bank’s commitment to empowering women in technology, while Ms. Rosyna Akther, Acting Principal of the schools, expressed her gratitude for the bank’s support.

Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, Deputy Managing Director and Chief of Branch Business at IFIC Bank, reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to invest in digital empowerment and advancing women’s education.

With active participation from students, teachers and bank employees, the ceremony highlighted IFIC Bank’s dedication to promote digital empowerment and support women’s advancement in tech.
