The 3rd Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Agrani SME Financing Company Limited, a non-bank financial institution owned by Agrani Bank PLC, was held recently.
The meeting took place on 21 December 2025 at the boardroom of Agrani Bank’s head office. The session was chaired by the company’s Chairman and Managing Director of Agrani Bank, Md. Anwarul Islam.
Among those present were Director of the holding company Agrani Bank, Kabirul Izdani Khan, Company Directors and Agrani Bank Deputy Managing Directors Tahmina Akhter and Dipak Biswas, CEO of the company Md. Zahidul Haque, and Company Secretary Mahbubur Rahman, among others.
