DSE Issues Urgent Directive for Moshiur Securities Clients

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has announced that trading and DP (Depository Participant) services of Moshiur Securities Limited have already been suspended. Therefore, clients must fill out CDBL Form-16 and apply by October 30, 2025, to transfer the shares held in their BO (Beneficiary Owner) accounts to another TREC (Trading Right Entitlement Certificate) holder company.

If any dues (money or shares) remain, clients must download and fill out the complaint form from the DSE website by October 30, 2025. The completed form, along with necessary documents (such as portfolio statements), must be submitted.
