DSE Finds RSRM Factory Shut Down

During an on-site examination, representatives of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) found that the publicly traded engineering company Ratanpur Steel Re-Rolling Mills (RSRM) Limited had closed its factory.

A DSE inspection team visited the factory on Sunday, July 20, and reported that it was closed. This information was given by sources from the Dhaka Stock Exchange today, Monday (July 21).

According to sources, companies that don’t keep in touch with the Stock Exchange or submit information on a regular basis are usually inspected by the Stock Exchange authorities. A DSE team responded by touring the company’s headquarters and plant on Sunday. During their examination, the DSE team discovered that the factory was closed.
During the on-site examination, the crew verified that the RSRM factory was, in fact, closed.
