DSE Finds Pacific Denims Factory Closed During Inspection

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has found the factory of listed company Pacific Denims Limited closed during an on-site inspection.

A DSE inspection team visited the factory and head office on Wednesday, October 22, and discovered the facility was not operational, according to DSE sources.

Such inspections are typically conducted when companies fail to regularly disclose information or maintain communication with the stock exchange. As part of this ongoing process, the DSE team visited Pacific Denims’ premises and confirmed the factory was shut down at the time of inspection.
