DSE downgraded 5 companies to Z Category

Five companies that are listed on the stock market now fall under different categories. The companies have been moved to the “Z” category from the “A” and “B” categories. Sources from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) provided this information.

The companies are- Amara Network Limited, Amara Technologies, SS Steel, Golden Son and Samata Leather Complex Limited.

According to the source, the categories of these companies have been changed due to non-distribution of approved dividends within the stipulated time.

The shares of the companies will be traded in ‘Z’ category from today, Wednesday (February 12).
