The cash dividend declared by the two companies has been remitted to shareholders as the bank. This information is known from Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) sources.
The two companies are Pioneer Insurance and Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited.
Earlier, the board of Pioneer Insurance had declared a 20 percent cash dividend to shareholders and a 20 percent cash dividend to Bangladesh National Insurance shareholders for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023. Which was later approved in the annual general meeting of both the companies.
