BM Desk: The board meetings of seven companies listed on the stock market are scheduled to be held today, Saturday (October 25), according to LankaBangla Analysis Portal and DSE sources.
These companies will declare dividends for the completed financial year and publish their quarterly (July–September) reports for the current fiscal year.
The companies announcing dividends are Premier Cement, National Polymer, and Nyalco Alloys. Among them, Nyalco Alloys is listed on the SME Board.
The companies publishing quarterly reports are Asia Insurance, Delta Life Insurance, Northern Insurance, and Apex Footwear.
Of these, Apex Footwear will release its unaudited financial report for the first quarter (July–September) of the current fiscal year.
Meanwhile, Asia Insurance, Delta Life Insurance, and Northern Insurance will publish their unaudited financial reports for the third quarter (July–September) of the current fiscal year.
