Bangladesh Submarine Cables PLC, a company listed on the stock market, has declared a dividend for the fiscal year ended on June 30, 2025. The company will pay a 40 percent dividend to its general shareholders, entirely in cash.
The decision was made at the meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Monday (September 22), after reviewing and approving the audited financial statements of the latest fiscal year.

The company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the last year stood at Tk 9.93 (diluted). During this period, the basic EPS was Tk 11.01. In the previous year, the diluted EPS was Tk 9.02, while the basic EPS was Tk 11.10.
The company’s cash flow per share during the reported year was Tk 13.75, compared to negative Tk 17.65 in the previous year.
As of June 30, 2025, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) was Tk 90.99.
The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on November 23 at 11:00 AM via a digital platform. For this purpose, the record date has been set for October 22.
