Three publicly listed companies on the stock market—Crown Cement, Square Pharmaceuticals, and Square Textiles—have announced the dates of their board meetings to approve the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, and to declare dividends for shareholders.
According to the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the board meeting of Crown Cement will be held on October 19 at 3:00 PM, where the company will discuss its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, along with other key matters.
The board meeting of Square Textiles is scheduled for October 21 at 3:00 PM, and Square Pharmaceuticals will hold its meeting on the same day at 4:00 PM. These meetings will approve the respective companies’ audited financial reports and declare dividends for investors.
In 2024:
- Crown Cement declared a 21% cash dividend
- Square Textiles declared a 32% cash dividend
- Square Pharmaceuticals declared a 110% cash dividend
For the first nine months (July 2024 to March 2025) of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025:
- Crown Cement reported Earnings Per Share (EPS) of Tk 3.56, down from Tk 5.90 in the same period last year.
- Square Pharmaceuticals reported EPS of Tk 21.15, up from Tk 18.24.
- Square Textiles reported EPS of Tk 5.10, up from Tk 4.10.
