Daily Sinsa’ celebrates its 20th anniversary with a colorful event.
Modern Pabna district must be built to be livable for everyone – Adv. Shimul Biswas
Mansur Pabna Correspondent: Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia’s Special Assistant Adv. Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas said that a modern Pabna district should be built with everyone to make it livable for everyone. He also said that everyone should be united for the sake of development. No differences should be kept among themselves. He said the above words as the chief guest at the poetry reading, discussion meeting, meritorious person award crest and cake cutting ceremony held at the VIP auditorium of Pabna Press Club on July 4 to mark the 20th anniversary of Dainik Sinsa.
The program was presided over by prominent educationist Mahatab Biswas Science and Technology Non-Government University (proposed) Chairman Alhaj Mahatab Uddin Biswas. The program, moderated by Daily Sinsa Editor SM Mahbub Alam, featured special guest speeches by Pabna Press Club President Akhtaruzzaman Akhtar, Additional Superintendent of Police Mu. Shariful Islam, Kushtia Medical College Founding Principal (Retd.) Professor Iftekhar Mahmud, Pabna Press Club Former President ABM Fazlur Rahman, Rana Group Chairman Ruhul Amin Biswas Rana, Jatiyatabadi Mohila Dal Pabna District President Purnima Islam and District BNP Joint Convener Nur Mohammad Masum Baga.
Earlier, the success of the newspaper was celebrated under the management of Daily Sinsa Literary Editor Dr. Mansur Alam and welcomed the Daily Sinsa family. Special Representative of Maasranga Utpal Mirza, Principal of Singra TSC in Natore district Alam Sheikh, Lecturer of Government Edward College Rafiqul Islam, Principal of Shamsul Huda Degree College Enamul Haque Chowdhury Tagor, Principal Abdud Dain Sarkar, Assistant Professor Dr. Al Amin, Chief Advisor of Pabna Journalists Forum Rotarian Jalal Uddin, etc. and about 40 poets recited poems dedicated to Daily Sinsa.
Journalist Khaled Ahmed recited verses from the Holy Quran at the beginning of the program. Israt Zerin Khan Helen, owner of M/s Sinsa Press and Packaging, was in charge of the overall supervision of the program.
At the event, awards were presented to news agency PIP for sending the most news, Fazlul Haque Molla for making special contributions to social service, Dr. Mansur Alam for writing the most columns, M.A. Alim Ripon for the best reporter, and Special Correspondent Khaled Ahmed for providing special news.
At the event, floral greetings were extended to the Dainik Sinsa family, Pabna Central Girls High School, Pabna Adarsh Girls High School, Riverine People Pabna, CNF TV, poet Aziza Parveen, poet Zahura Akhtar Ira, poet Kamrunnahar Shilpi, poet Momtaz Rose Koli and various institutions and individuals.
