Crown Cement PLC, a publicly traded entity in the cement industry of the capital market, has announced a dividend for the fiscal year concluding on June 30, 2025. The firm will distribute a 21% cash dividend to its general shareholders for the year.
A decision was reached during a board meeting on Sunday, October 19, after the audited financial statements for the year were reviewed and approved.
The firm disclosed earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 4.52 for the most recent fiscal year, in contrast to Tk 6.74 from the prior year.The cash flow per share increased to Tk 25.99, rising from Tk 8.71 in the previous year. As of June 30, 2025, the Net Asset Value per Share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 62.66.
The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for December 22 at 3 PM on an online platform. The AGM record date is established as November 16.
