Cosmopolitan Industries Private Limited has announced the purchase of 36 lakh shares of Envoy Textile Limited, a company listed in the textile sector in the capital market.
This information is known from Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) sources.
According to sources, Cosmopolitan Industries Pvt Ltd (Tanveer Ahmed and Sunil Daulatram Darianani, general directors of Envoy Textiles Ltd and Cosmopolitan Industries Pvt Ltd) have decided to buy 36 lakh shares of Envoy Textiles.
The company will complete the purchase of the said amount of shares in the block market at the current market price by April 30.
