The application for a rights share issue of the listed business Confidence Cement PLC has been reexamined by the corporate authorities in a letter to the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).
The Dhaka Stock Exchange’s sources have disclosed this information.
The reports claim that the company’s officials intend to use a rights share sale to raise 100 crore 62 million 94 thousand 205 taka. BSEC has denied the application. BSEC has received a letter asking for a reassessment.
