Community Bank, NPA sign MoU for digital pension contributions

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. and the National Pension Authority to facilitate the collection of monthly installments for the universal pension schemes Probas, Pragati, Surakkha, and Samata.

The MoU was signed on behalf of their respective organizations by Mr. Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (Current Charge) of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC., and Md. Mohiuddin Khan, Executive Chairman of the National Pension Authority.

Under this agreement, monthly installments for the universal pension schemes Probas, Pragati, Surakkha, and Samata designed respectively for expatriates, private sector employees, self-employed individuals, and low-income groups, can now be paid through all branches and sub-branches of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC.

Senior officials from both organizations were present at the ceremony.
