Citizen’s charter awareness meeting was held at the Mirpur branch of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC. Managing Director (Acting) Muhammed Nadim FCA was present as chief guest in the meeting.
Executive Vice President Md. Mujibor Rahman and Senior Vice President Md. Zahurul Haque were present as special guest at the event. Presided by Branch Manager Alhajj Md. Arif Billah Mithu a large number of clients and well-wishers were present at the program.
Chief guest Muhammed Nadim emphasized the importance of ensuring transparency, easy availability of information, increased citizen participation, and accountability in the customer service process of the bank’s officers and employees.
