Chittagong Stock Exchange PLC (CSE) has declared a 3.25% dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2026.
The decision was taken at a board meeting held, following a review and approval of the company’s audited financial statements for the year, according to company sources.
The exchange reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 0.32 for the year, down from Tk 0.45 in the previous year.
As of June 30, 2026, the company’s net asset value (NAV) per share stood at Tk 11.93.
Meanwhile, net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) was Tk 1.05 during the year, compared with Tk 1.06 in the previous year.
The company’s annual general meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on December 10 at 4:00pm. The record date has been set for November 8.
