According to information disclosed through the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the decision was taken in line with a BSEC directive dated June 18, 2026. The regulator instructed the company to maintain the same board composition as it had at the 63rd board meeting.

The current board comprises Saika Majed as chairman and independent director; Professor Dr Md Junaid Shafik as managing director; Dr Syed Ahmed, Javed Kaiser Ali, Tarana Ahmed and Masuma Parvin as directors.

Khandaker Sabbir Mohammad Kabir is serving as a nominee director of Stratus Holdings Ltd. The board also includes Mohammad Arif Billah, Barrister-at-Law, and Professor Mohammad Shafiqul Islam as independent directors.

The company said the existing board structure will remain effective until further instructions are issued by the BSEC.
