bThe 523rd meeting of the Board of Directors of NCC Bank was held at the Bank’s board room on Thursday (07/11/2024). Chairman of the Bank Md. Nurun Newaz Salim presided over the meeting while Vice-Chairman A.S.M Mainuddin Monem, Director & Past Chairman Abdus Salam, Director & Past Vice-Chairman Sohela Hossain, Director & Past Vice-Chairman Tanzina Ali, Director Syed Asif Nizamuddin, Director & Chairman of the Executive Committee Khairul Alam Chaklader, Director Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz, Independent Director & Chairman of the Audit Committee Meer Sajed-Ul-Basher FCA, and Managing Director M. Shamsul Arefin were attended the Meeting. Deputy Managing Directors Md. Mahbub Alam, Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan, Md. Monirul Alam and Mohammed Mizanur Rahman were also present in the meeting.
Various loan proposals including other important issues were discussed and approved in the meeting.
