B.Mirror Desk: A workshop entitled The Art of Inner Wellness for Bank Officials was held on 28 September 2026 at auditorium of Bangladesh Krishi Banks head office. The workshop was arranged with the objective of promoting mental well-being, self-development, a positive attitude in the workplace and mental wellness in both the personal and professional lives of bank officials. The secretary of the Financial Institutions Division under the Ministry of Finance Nazma Mobarek attended the workshop as the chief guest. The chairman of Bangladesh Krishi Bank Mohammed Nurul Amin was present as the special guest, while the managing director of Bangladesh Krishi Bank Sanchia Binte Ali presided over the event. In her speech, the chief guest noted that mental peace and a positive outlook play an important role in enhancing officials efficiency, decision-making capacity and quality of services. The Chairman of the bank mentioned that a positive mindset and mutual cooperation in the workplace encourage officials to improve their efficiency and deliver better services. The managing director of the bank expresed that alongside professional competence, mentally and physically healthy and self-confident human resources are one of the key driving forces behind the sustainable progress of an institution. The keynote presenter Dr. Masbah Uddin addressed the workshop as the distinguished writer, mind mentor, wellness coach and international speaker. He discussed various important aspects of mental well-being, self-awareness, positive thinking, emotional control, coping with workplace stress and maintaining a balance between personal and professional life. He said that remaining aware of ones mental state amid daily work pressures, developing a positive outlook and maintaining awareness of mental peace help an official perform responsibilities with greater focus, confidence, and effectiveness. The deputy managing directors Md. Abdur Rahim and Mohd. Khaleduzzaman along with the Assistant General Managers and Higher executives of head office participated in the workshop.
