The 13th Annual General Meeting of the BDBL Securities Limited (BSL) was held at Karwan Bazar Dhaka on Thursday, with Board Chairman & Bangladesh Development Bank PLC.’s Managing Director & CEO Habibur Rahman Gazi in the chair.
BSL Directors Khurshed Hossain, Dr. Hasibur Rashid, Golam Mostafa, Rokon Uzzaman FCA, CEO of BSL Masum Syeed, Company Secretary of Bangladesh Development Bank PLC.
Kamal Uddin Molla and BSL Company Secretary S.M. Golam Rabbani attended the meeting. The meeting approved a 2% cash dividend to its holding company Bangladesh Development Bank PLC. and also approved BSL Annual Report 2023.
