Bangladesh Lamps Limited (BD Lamps), a publicly listed company, has declared a 10% cash dividend for the financial year ending June 30, 2025. The decision was made during a board meeting held on Sunday, October 11, after reviewing and approving the company’s audited financial statements for the year, according to information from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
Despite the dividend declaration, the company reported a loss per share (EPS) of Tk 6.22 for the year. As of June 30, 2025, the Net Asset Value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 39.93.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve the declared dividend will be held on December 11, while the record date for dividend entitlement has been set for November 3.
