A promoter of the publicly listed company Bay Leasing & Investment Limited has completed the purchase of shares as previously announced.

According to information from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), promoter Rayyan Kabir has purchased 1,499,990 shares out of the 1.5 million shares he had announced earlier. The shares were acquired through the public market of the DSE.

Earlier, on August 28, he had declared his intention to purchase the mentioned number of shares.
