Mrinal Kanti Roy, Tangail:Bangladesh Scouts Day was celebrated in Tangail through various programs. On Tuesday (April 8) morning, a colorful rally started from in front of the District Scout Bhaban and circled various roads of the district headquarters before returning to the Scout Bhaban for a discussion meeting. Additional Deputy Commissioner Md Abdullah Al Mamun was the chief guest at the event. The discussion meeting organized at the District Scout Bhaban was presided over by the district DPEO and Scouts Vice President Md Sahab Uddin. The meeting was addressed by Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate Md Shojibul Islam Shouvo, District Scouts Vice President Mir Moniruzzaman, Vice President Yunus Ali Khan, LT Commissioner Md Abubakar Siddique, LT Treasurer Md Wazed Ali Khanshur and others. Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, leaders of various Scout units, guardians and other Scouts from various schools were present at the event.
