Bangladesh remittances rise 10.9% to $3.05 billion in March

B Mirror Report: Inflow of remittances to Bangladesh witnessed a year-on-year growth of 10.9 percent, reaching US$3,050 million in the first 24 days of March, according to the latest data from the Bangladesh Bank.

During the same period last year, remittances stood at US$2,749 million.

For the current fiscal year, from July to March 24, 2026, expatriates sent US$25,504 million in remittances, up from US$21,238 million during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
