Bangladesh Krishi Bank achieved the ‘Remittance Award-2025’ in recognition of securing fourth place in remittance collection for the FY 2024–2025. The program organized by the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh on the occasion of International Migrants Day and National Expatriates’ Day 2025 while the Honorable Chief Adviser of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Dr. Muhammad Yunus, was present as the Chief Guest on 17 December 2025. The Managing Director Sanchia Binte Ali on behalf of Bangladesh Krishi Bank received the award from Dr. Asif Nazrul the Honorable Adviser of the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment. Deputy Managing Director Mohd. Khaleduzzaman, General Manager of the International and Accounts Division of Bangladesh Krishi Bank Md. Mostafizur Rahman along with senior officials from the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment, high executives of different banks were also present in the ceremony.
