The 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh Development Bank PLC. was held on Wednesday at Bank’s Board Room.
Chairman of the Bank’s Board and Former Senior Secretary Shamima Nargis presided over the meeting while, Managing Director and CEO of the bank Habibur Rahman Gazi Presented the Annual Report 2023.
Shah Alam, Additional Secretary, Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance attended to the AGM as government representative. Directors Ekhlasur Rahman, Abu Hanif Khan, Subhash Chandra Sarker, Quazi Shairul Hassan, K.M. Tariqul Islam and Rojina Nasrin also attended the meeting.
