The 439th meeting of the reconstituted Board of Directors of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited was held at the bank’s head office meeting room on November 5, 2026.
The meeting was chaired by the bank’s newly elected Chairman, S. M. Abdul Hamid, FCA.
Among others, the meeting was attended by directors Dr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, Kamrul Haque Maruf and Sheikh Ashfaquzzaman, FCA.
The bank’s Managing Director, Md. Obaidul Haque, and Company Secretary, Md. Omar Faruk Bhuiyan, were also present.
