Mrinal Kanti Roy, Tangail Correspondent: The Bangladesh Army has distributed winter clothes to people in need in Basail upazila of Tangail district. The event took place on Friday morning, December 12, and was organized by the 19th Infantry Division. The distribution was managed by the 98 Composite Brigade and conducted by the 24th Bengal Regiment.
The winter clothes were handed out at the field of Kalyani Nausheria High School in Basail upazila. A total of 340 poor and helpless people received the warm clothes to help them stay safe and comfortable during the cold season. This initiative by the Bangladesh Army brought smiles to many faces and showed their continued commitment to supporting the people of the country, especially during difficult times.
