Three of the owners of the private company First Lead Securities Limited have been barred from leaving the country by a Dhaka court.
They are Muhitul Bari, Abu Taher Mohammad Shoaib, and Muhammad Qunu Chowdhury.

In response to the ACC’s application, Senior Special Judge Md. Zakir Hossain Ghalib of the Dhaka Metropolitan issued the order today.

The three business owners are being investigated by the ACC on allegations of fraudulently embezzling customer funds, according to the ACC’s application. Consequently, it is essential to issue an order prohibiting them from departing the nation. The court issued the order after granting the application.
