The Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC) observed the 104th birth anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children’s Day 2024 with due respect. Following the national agenda and programs set by the Ministry of Agriculture, BADC organized various events at their head office located at Krishi Bhavan.
The day’s program began with the hoisting of the national flag. Afterwards, a wreath-laying ceremony was held where BADC Chairman (Grade-1) Abdullah Sajjad, officials, employees, and representatives from professional organizations paid homage at the mural of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Mr. Sajjad also participated in a prayer session (doa mahfil) and a discussion meeting held at the Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council. Similar programs were organized at all BADC field offices to commemorate the national occasions.
