On the second working day of the week, shares and units of 396 companies were exchanged in Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the main stock market of the country. Bangladesh Shipping Corporation or BSC has come to the top of the transaction on this day.
According to sources, on Monday (October 31), shares of BSC worth 19 crore 72 lakh 99 thousand taka were traded. The company has taken the place at the top of the transaction.
Far East Knitting, which came second in the list of transactions, traded shares worth Tk. 17 crore 76 lakh 02 thousand today. And Orion Infusion Limited has taken the third place in the list due to the transaction of 13 crore 73 lakh 40 thousand Taka.
Other companies that topped the trading list on Monday were – Islami Bank, Unique Hotels, Midland Bank, Orion Pharma, Genexl Infosys, Ibna Sina Pharma and Asiatic Laboratories Limited.
