Apex Footwear honours partners at Dhaka summit

B Mirror Report:  Apex Footwear Limited has organized a ‘Partners Summit’ in Dhaka under the theme ‘Together on the Path to Success’, celebrating its longstanding partnerships and recognising the contributions of its business partners.

The event, held at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, brought together Apex’s partners to acknowledge their role in the company’s success and strengthen mutual relationships.

As part of the programme, awards were presented in six categories in recognition of the partners’ contributions. The awards included the ‘Longstanding Partnership Award’, the ‘Delivery Excellence Award’ and the ‘Syed Manzur Elahi Award’, the highest recognition for Apex’s partners.

Apex Group Chairman Golam Mainuddin, Managing Director Syed Nasim Manzur and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Firoz Mohammad spoke at the event. They highlighted mutual trust, strong relationships and transparency as key foundations of Apex’s success.

Firoz Mohammad said the company’s partners continued to play an important role in its growth. The summit provided an opportunity to recognise their contributions and discuss ways to strengthen future collaboration.

He said Apex aims to further develop product quality and design, establish clearer business objectives and improve coordination with its partners to enhance their working relationships.

As part of these efforts, Apex launched a new ‘Partner Performance Tool’ at the event to improve coordination and streamline collaboration with its business partners.

The summit also featured personal reflections from partners, adding an emotional dimension to the event.

Tamim Chowdhury, an Apex partner who received the Syed Manzur Elahi Award, Best Selling Award and Quality Award, expressed his appreciation for the recognition.

He said the awards reflected the trust and hard work behind his longstanding relationship with Apex and would inspire him to achieve further improvements.

Highlighting the importance of mutual cooperation, Chowdhury said lasting partnerships are built on trust and that making the most of opportunities matters more than their initial scale. He added that collective progress is more meaningful than individual success.

The summit concluded with discussions on future collaboration, with participants emphasising product quality, design capabilities and stronger partnerships as key areas of focus for sustaining growth.
